Frequently Asked Questions
Certainly not! In fact, series production quickly becomes much cheaper than regular production.
We have unique self-built machines that minimize human actions. Where normally sheets have to be loaded in and out of the machines manually and the production process has to be closely monitored, we can have this done entirely automatically by our cutting robot.
There are many reasons to bring production back to the Netherlands:
- Faster communication, we love short lines, you are always in direct contact with a member of our production team.
- Higher quality materials, in the Netherlands, we have access to extremely high-quality materials from responsible sources.
- Shorter delivery times, everything is produced locally, so you receive your orders much faster.
- The same cost price, where it used to be more expensive to produce in the Netherlands, it is now the same price or even cheaper to entrust us with your larger productions.
We have a unique machine park, where many of our machines are custom-made or have self-developed tools with a focus on automation.
This, combined with a highly automated work process, enables us to minimize human actions, thereby reducing labor costs per project, which is often the largest expense in traditional laser cutting.
