Laser rubber is a gray rubber specially developed for laser cutting. The material is stretchable and flexible and can be laser cut and engraved very precisely.

Applications

Laser rubber is very suitable for making stamps, bumpers and (waterproof) seals.

When designing stamps it is important that the design is made in negative, as the parts that need to be stamped should not be removed.

Laser cutting

Laser rubber does not retain any residue after cutting, although in some cases a little dust may remain in the engravings. Laser rubber can be processed with very high precision be engraved.

Post-processing

This material can be cut with a sharp knife and bonded with a suitable contact adhesive.

Appearance

Laser rubber is dark gray in color, engraved parts are light gray. Dust from the production process can remain on the material (mainly in the engravings). This can easily be removed with a wet brush.
