Ice decor pieces

We produced these XPS (extruded polystyrene) decorative elements for the winter edition of Mystic Garden Festival. A number of different sizes of icicles and snowflake designs formed a large part of the festival's decoration. The largest elements could not be cut from a single sheet but were made from two sheets seamlessly glued together.

XPS is quick and easy to cut (up to thicknesses of 30mm) but is not suitable for detailed work. Additionally, the material retains a rather slanted and coarse cut edge.
