A logo, numbering, line drawing or image on an existing product. We will check in advance if the material, shape, and engraving surface are suitable and will coordinate the result with you.
Engraving on an existing product
A logo on a lid, a name on a wooden box, or numbering on a series of products. We engrave on the product you supply and will coordinate the placement, size, and design with you.

What makes for a beautiful and reliable result
Location and size
A small logo on a lid or a larger engraving on a box: placement and size determine how the engraving will be showcased.
Product form
The engraving surface must be accessible and the product must lie stably on the machine. A slight unevenness is sometimes acceptable; we do not engrave around a cylindrical shape.
A suitable material
A known material composition helps us to accurately estimate the result. We cannot engrave PVC, vinyl-containing materials, or other unsafe compositions.
Your logo or image on the product
For a crisp logo or line design, a good vector file usually works best. Sometimes we can also work with a photo or other image. The result then strongly depends on contrast, format, material, and surface.
Send the best source file you have. We will let you know if it is usable and, if necessary, ask for a different version.

Frequently Asked Questions about Product Engraving
Material, shape and engraving surface together determine what is possible. Below you will find the most important practical answers.
Add product information and photos to your request. This will allow us to coordinate the execution and immediately provide you with the correct instructions for dropping off or shipping.
Not always. A slightly uneven surface is sometimes possible, but we don't engrave all around a cylindrical shape. The size and weight must also fit the machine; products of approximately 50 kg or more are not suitable. Send the dimensions and weight along, and we will specifically look at your product.
Sometimes. The result depends on the material, size, contrast and surface. Add the photo and clear product images to your request. Also read how we handle photos and images for engraving.
We do not provide certification. The suitability of the product and its marking for the intended use remains the responsibility of the client.
We handle every product with care. As engraving is a modification to your product, it is done at your own risk, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Therefore, always inform us if something is particularly valuable or fragile. After consultation, you will receive the correct delivery instructions.
