Not every material can be safely laser cut or engraved. Composition matters more than appearance. Our online range has known material information and available operations.
Materials we do not cut
We do not cut metal, PVC or vinyl-containing materials. Material with an unknown composition is not put into production without prior assessment. Looking suitable does not establish that a product is safe to process.
Supplying your own material
Send the material type, manufacturer, thickness, sheet dimensions, quantity and available technical or safety information. The sheet must be flat and have a known, suitable composition. We assess the material, dimensions and requested operation before accepting the work.
Engraving an existing product
We also assess shape, weight, surface and engraving position. Send clear photos and composition information. Unknown coatings or composite construction can make a product unsuitable.

A material omitted here is not automatically suitable. We may decline work where composition, shape or processing poses a risk to people, equipment or the product.
