For an educational WOWbox from Technopolis we made a complete set of parts from 6 mm MDF. The components together form the technical model with which children can build and investigate themselves.

From design to production

Our approach

We cut all shapes, slots and connections as one matching set of 6 mm MDF. By constantly making the parts from the same production file, the measurement remains consistent with another series.

A complete, sturdy building set that literally brings the Technopolis learning experience to life.

A technical construction experience in individual parts

The WOWbox from Technopolis allows children to build and investigate a technical model themselves. We made all the necessary sheet parts from 6 mm MDF.

In such a construction kit, slots, holes and contours must together form one logical set. The even structure of MDF helps to consistently produce parts with many cutouts.

Sturdy enough to experiment with

The chosen thickness gives the parts sufficient volume for the model and makes the construction clearly visible during construction.
