Does the same logo or mark need to be applied to many products? Our Galvo setup can suit that work efficiently. We developed a table that automatically moves products to the next position. The moving worktable was built for these recurring customer orders.
Why a Galvo laser can engrave quickly
With a Galvo laser, mirrors quickly send the laser beam over the product. This makes the technology very suitable for recurring logos, codes and markings within a fixed work area. The automatically moving table helps to offer the next position without moving each product through the machine completely by hand.
We will further automate this table in the near future. The goal is simple: fewer actions around the machine and more time for control and predictable production of customer orders.
Not every product fits on the table
Material, shape, height and the location of the engraving determine whether this method is suitable. A flat product that is always delivered the same is easier to position than a vulnerable object with a large difference in size. That is why we assess delivered products in advance and first make a test for new work.

From good trial to recurring production run
During the test we look together at contrast, readability and position. We then record the product variant, orientation and engraving file. This creates a clear basis for the rest of the print run and for a subsequent order.
