Upload a file, select material and quantity, and see a price. In our workshop, we then connect your order to material, machine and schedule. Here is what happens between ordering and delivery.
The order starts with your file
The portal reads the shapes and operations from your production drawing. You choose which material, which thickness and how many copies you need. Because cutting length and engraving work come from the file, we cannot give a fair price without a drawing.
We check technical feasibility within the selected options. Dimensions, versions and design content still need to be correct. When ordering online, you see the drawing and selected operations before checkout. If the design still needs development, begin with a trial or further discussion.
In the workshop we bring together similar work
Material is prepared and jobs are planned so that the machines and plates are used efficiently. We then cut or engrave the parts according to the supplied file. In a series we look at, among other things, completeness and visible deviations.
One order consists of one plate with a model, the other consists of hundreds of recurring parts. The same principle applies to both: the agreed form and operations must be recognizable from production. Additional wishes such as bundling or labeling are possible for suitable orders, but only if we have discussed them in advance.
Inspection, packaging and a next order
After production, parts are collected and prepared for shipping or collection. Vulnerable visible parts and sets sometimes require a different approach than simple sheet material. That is why it helps if, for special packaging or sorting requirements, you tell us before production what will happen to the parts after delivery.
With a customer account you can find and reorder previous projects. When making a new revision, always check whether you really choose the correct file. If you want to know how recurring work is organized, read on series and repeat orders or view practical examples from customers.
