Acrylic mirror

What is this material?Coloured mirrored acrylic is an opaque 3 mm plastic sheet with a coloured mirrored surface on the front and a matte coating on the back. It provides a mirror effect without the weight of glass.

What is it suitable for?Suitable for interior decoration, displays, letters, logos, exhibition materials, props, and art objects where a striking coloured mirror effect is desired.

When designing.The mirror image is created on one side. Long, narrow parts remain relatively fragile, and when creating matching parts, the thickness tolerance must be taken into account.

For laser cutting and engraving.The material is typically engraved from the back, removing the coating locally. Provide text as it should be read; we will take care of the necessary mirroring during production.

Finishing and maintenance.The mirror side has a protective film, but the back coating is unprotected and susceptible to damage. Clean the front carefully with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.

Further processing yourself.You can further process or glue acrylic. Test this first on a scrap piece, as small cracks can occur in the cut edge during post-processing.
