Products and parts
Panels, interior components, and wall decoration
Laser-cut panels, loose interior parts and wall objects with repeatable shapes, patterns or engravings.

Sheet materials for interior and decor
We produce cut-out panels, modular wall sections, and decorative shapes based on a production drawing. Large designs can be divided into logical modules that are practical to produce, transport, and assemble.
What can you have made?
For temporary presentations, serial interior components, and permanent wall applications.

Modular wall panels
A repeatable pattern spread across manageable-sized parts.

Perforated panels
Open patterns where sufficient material remains for strength.

Art and presentation forms
Loose contours or layers that together form a larger image.

Campaign and set design
Reusable decorations made from MDF and acrylic for photography or events.
Materials that often fit well
These are logical starting points, not strict rules. Compare the properties and available thicknesses with the function of your design.
Plywood and wood
For visible parts requiring a natural look and sufficient rigidity for larger components.

Distribution, remaining webs, material direction and fastening must work together in the design from the start.
Format and distribution
Divide large designs into manageable panels and determine how seams, fasteners, and pattern transitions will be handled.
Materials and environment
Select material based on stiffness, surface, moisture, and the location where the part will be used.
Arrange patterns efficiently
Compact placement and clever reuse of open spaces can limit material use and cutting time.
Pre-determine assembly
Include holes, suspension, or other mounting points in the production file if they need to be cut.
This is what it looked like in practice
Work actually produced by Het Laser Lokaal, with our role and material choices described as concretely as possible.
